In our interconnected global economy, the supply chain of an organisation can be the core to a successful enterprise. As the Head of Supply Chain at AST Networks, I have witnessed first hand the rapid evolution of our industry. The transformation we’re experiencing now isn’t just a trend – it’s the foundation of the supply chain future. Organisations that fail to adapt may find themselves at a competitive disadvantage, whilst those who embrace these changes, will find themselves at the forefront of progress.
