Applied Satellite Technology Networks (AST Networks) Appointed as a Cobham services SATCOM Partner

AST Networks is delighted to announce it has been appointed a full Cobham SATCOM Service Partner. This new certification enables AST Networks to offer enhanced service support to all Cobham SATCOM customers with immediate effect.

From their in-house facility in the UK, AST Networks is able to perform warranty repairs by fully certified engineers, enabling rapid turnaround, at a lower cost (including free freight inside of the EU). Resellers of AST Networks are also able to carry out their own repairs, after gaining official AST approval.

By becoming a Cobham SATCOM Service Partner, AST Networks will be aiming to reduce the turnaround time on equipment returned under manufacturer warranty, and offer competitive pricing on any out of warranty repairs required. With an already high standard of service, and now repair, AST Networks can truly provide a one-stop-shop for satellite and radio communications equipment.
