AST Networks and Harvest Technology Group Limited are excited announce a global satellite partnership that encompasses a global reseller agreement to deliver innovative solutions to the remote operations industry.

Highlights:

  • Harvest Technology Group and AST Networks announce a global reseller agreement and solution partner arrangement.
  • This partnership builds on the early agreement between AST Networks Australia and Harvest Infinity (a subsidiary of Harvest Technology Group) established in 2020.
  • Partnership of two companies who understand the challenges of remote operations and networks and are driven to provide solutions that improve customer value and operational effectiveness.

Early in 2020, Harvest Infinity wholly owned subsidiary, Harvest Infinity Pty Ltd, entered into an initial Agreement with Applied Satellite Technology Networks Australia Pty Ltd (AST Networks) to work together for development, marketing, and distribution of the Nodestream™ technology through AST Networks' global satellite connectivity network.

This partnership is now global, with both parties agreeing to a long-term reseller agreement and solution partner arrangement. This reflects the aligned intention of both companies to expand into a worldwide commercial commitment that presents a unified approach to global opportunities within the spheres of remote communications and operations around the world.

AST Networks partnership with Harvest Technology Group exemplifies the power of collaboration in providing solutions for the future of remote operations. Together, we cultivate innovation by harnessing technology that drives operational efficiency and effectieness for even the most remote industries.

I am delighted to have seen first-hand how our partnership has developed since 2020, as we expand now, not just in Australia, but across our global business our aligned mission to empower remote operations with technology will enable us to lead the way in this space.

Paul Guilfoyle, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Harvest Technology Group said:

It was a pleasure hosting AST Networks - APAC James De Vroome at our Perth facility last month (May 2023). We are really pleased to enter into this new global agreement. Both AST Networks and Harvest have clear strategies on approaching customer requirements within remote regions creating clear alignment for us to enhance and expand our working relationship.

The significance of this announcement is the development of opportunities for Harvest’s Nodestream™ applications and interfaces as complementary to AST Networks' offerings, as well as providing for the opportunity for the parties to work together on unified solutions for AST Networks' customer base.
